Current Role Working With The Athletic Population
I work with athletes from a myriad of sporting backgrounds who all have a common goal - to perform at their best. Whether I work with them in person or online, my primary objectives are to understand where they're at and what matters most to them, and to use the best available evidence to guide the path to their goals. There's no fluff and #NoSillyBS. We work together to navigate the continuum of rehab and performance so that they can give their best on the field, rink, court, track or platform.
We cannot treat injuries in isolation because there is always a whole person in front of us. That person will be able to tell if you genuinely care about them or not, so make sure you do. Always be confident but never entirely sure of yourself. Be accountable for your actions, and especially for your mistakes. Always be learning and never settle for complacency.
