Nick Davis, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS
Current Role Working With The Athletic PopulationIn the clinic I see cross-fit/weightlifters, basketball players, wrestlers, football players, soccer players, runners, tennis players, lacrosse players, swimmers, martial artists, dancers, volleyball players, and the ambitious weekend warrior. My case load is focused on neck, thoracic, and low back pain; while taking a comprehensive approach with the entire body and person in front of me. I also work with local athletic groups prepping for competition to optimize performance and promote recovery.
Professional PhilosophyI have made my mission: 'Empowering People Through Movement Variability and Resiliency'. Everything I collaborate on with my athletes leads to movement. Move better to live better.
Athletic BackgroundPrior competitive sports: Football (lineman), Wrestling, Lacrosse (goalie), Soccer (L back & keeper), Basketball (SF/PF). I still frequently play basketball and soccer. I do frequent weight training, often complete obstacle course races, have raced a marathon and a few half marathons. Currently: basketball & soccer, weightlifting, calisthenics, mace training.
