Henry is a strength coach and licensed manual therapist that works with a goal of helping his clientele move optimally and efficiently. He assesses movement on an orthopedic and foundational level to create a program to help individuals create short term and long term solutions to their fitness endeavors. 

He has spent time with EXOS (formerly Athlete's Performance), Cressey Performance, and Mike Boyle's Strength and Conditioning for his internships. He has also worked in the college setting with The College of Holy Cross and the University of Rhode Island. 

In addition from graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Rhode Island with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology. He has completed various continuing education courses including the Postural Restoration Institute and Functional Range Release.
