Current Role Working With The Athletic Population
Beginner, amateur and Olympic level athletes in:
I treat every athlete as if they are at the top of their sport and I am committed to getting them back to competition better, faster. My continuum of care starts in a clinic setting for acute injuries and continues through to a gym setting, where we progress to performance level movements. With attention to detail, I strive to optimize movement strategies to ensure a smooth recovery and to prevent re-injury. Advising an athlete to completely abstain from their given sport permanently is not something I subscribe to. Through activity modification, specific rehabilitation and movement re-education I am devoted to bringing them back to where they need to be pain free.
