Movement is medicine. I help each individual athlete find the right movements specific to them to improve their lives and sport.
I grew up playing all sports including soccer, softball, beach volleyball, tennis and swimming but settled on waterpolo in high school. I then was a Division 1 athlete on the UCLA Women's Rowing team. During PT school I played on the club water polo team at Duke. Currently I train to run races from 10ks to marathons, surf, golf, and lift weights often.
