Current Role Working With The Athletic PopulationI am currently the Brain Health Specialist and Physical Therapist for the Premier Lacrosse League. In the clinic i see a variety of athletes from professional athletes to weekend warriors including: lacrosse players, soccer players, golfers, runners, tennis players, football players, dancers, divers, volleyball players, softball players, and swimmers. I am also a physical therapist with Platform1440. I am also TPI Level 1 certified. I work with local teams to provide coverage and physical therapy care. Further, I am the owner and an instructor of Clinic to Field Physical Therapy a continuing education provider for Sport Related Concussion Management.
Professional PhilosophyMovement is medicine. I help each individual athlete find the right movements specific to them to improve their lives and sport.
Athletic BackgroundI grew up playing all sports including soccer, softball, beach volleyball, tennis and swimming but settled on waterpolo in high school. I then was a Division 1 athlete on the UCLA Women's Rowing team. During PT school I played on the club water polo team at Duke. Currently I train to run races from 10ks to marathons, surf, golf, and lift weights often.
