Current Role Working With The Athletic Population
Here at Barbell Therapy we specialize in working with just about 95% of athletes and the active population. 50% of our business involves 1 on 1 skilled physical therapy while the other half is dedicated to performance and competitive strength athletics coaching, strength training, and general fitness training.
Professional Philosophy
Good rehab can really just mean better training. It is my goal to educate and demonstrate to both our athletes' and patients' here that they are strong and resilient human beings.
Athletic Background
I have been an athlete my whole life. Growing up I played ice hockey, football, baseball and golf. During college I fell in love with lifting weights and bodybuilding but missed the competitive nature. Right before graduate school, I discovered my love for the sports of powerlifting and weightlifting. Currently I still play competitive ice hockey and and competing nationally in the sport of olympic weightlifting.
